Technical Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the delivery of engineering programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage cross-team initiatives, infrastructure migrations, and security remediation while collaborating closely with Product Managers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run several concurrent cross-pod programs from charter to delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and status updates
- Lead engineering-only programs, including AI tooling rollouts and reliability improvements, where no Product Manager is assigned
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and define project scope, while maintaining documentation and managing Jira and Confluence structures
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in program, project, or product management within SaaS organizations, with 2+ years in cross-team technical programs
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including experience building epic and story structures
- Technical fluency to understand architecture diagrams, API contracts, and data pipelines
- Strong skills in stakeholder interviewing and requirements shaping
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience
