Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the scaling of a unified compliance ecosystem, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will manage an integrated delivery roadmap, establish a structured release schedule, and facilitate cross-team coordination to ensure predictable software delivery across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated delivery roadmap across various product lines, ensuring alignment and accountability
• Establish and maintain a dependable release schedule, coordinating efforts across engineering, product, QA, and operations
• Build and maintain program dashboards for real-time visibility of delivery health and produce executive status updates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a software product company
• Proven track record of improving release predictability across multiple engineering teams
• Strong command of dependency mapping, risk management, and critical path analysis
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical executives and external partners
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tooling (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
