Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Program Managers, the full-time remote Manager, Technical Program Management will own the delivery of high-priority data center builds, ensuring strategic execution and effective stakeholder orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 Program/Project Managers, optimizing workload distribution and project assignments
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for the end-to-end execution of strategic data center builds, facilitating critical workshops and decision-making sessions
• Maintain portfolio health across all project management tools, ensuring real-time visibility of schedules, dependencies, and risks

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Program Management experience in a technical or infrastructure-focused organization, with a progression into leadership roles
• 2+ years of formal people management experience leading Program Managers or Project Managers
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans for managing multi-program portfolios and cross-project dependencies
• Strong foundational understanding of global data center deployments and critical-path requirements for AI/Cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
