Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of connected programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will oversee Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management, ensuring agile backlogs are aligned with delivery dates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the OKR and epic portfolio, including creation, refinement, and status tracking across all three programs
• Lead ongoing reprioritization of scope and demand, clearly communicating trade-offs to stakeholders
• Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, driving resolutions or escalating issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations
• Proven experience managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies
• Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog and sprint planning in enterprise tools
• Experience managing OKRs and linking delivery to measurable outcomes
• Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority
