Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the OKR and epic portfolio for Vulnerability Management, Configuration Management, and Attack Surface Management, the full-time Technical Program Manager will track dependencies, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of engineering projects in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the OKR and epic portfolio across all three programs, including creation, refinement, sequencing, and status tracking
• Lead ongoing reprioritization as scope and demand change, communicating trade-offs to stakeholders
• Track dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, driving them to resolution or escalating early

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of program or project management experience in software, security, or infrastructure organizations
• A track record of managing multi-team programs with competing priorities and dependencies
• Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including backlog, epic, and sprint planning
• Experience managing OKRs and tying delivery to measurable outcomes
• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes or decision-making
