Seeking a full-time Technical Program Manager to lead security programs and initiatives from inception to completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead security programs and initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle, managing project roadmaps and monitoring risks
- Coordinate with Security, IT, Engineering, and other teams to align priorities and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Establish and refine the program management function by defining workflows, reporting standards, and planning cadences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a cloud-based environment
- Background in cybersecurity, software development, or cloud infrastructure, with a preference for security program experience
- Technical depth to engage in security concepts and discussions effectively
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and hold stakeholders accountable
- Self-starter with the capability to create structure and processes in an evolving environment
