Job Summary
To support quality and validation readiness across complex programs, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will drive programs from scoping through readiness review, coordinate dependencies across teams, and leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Drive quality and validation programs, translating requirements into clear deliverables and milestones
- Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, resolving blockers and providing visibility on progress and risks
- Build repeatable workflows to surface quality needs earlier and reduce manual effort through automation
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in technical program management or a comparable role
- Proven track record of improving manual or fragmented processes related to testing, validation, or delivery
- Experience with enterprise software delivery and navigating shared platform dependencies
- Technical fluency in software development, automated testing, and release workflows
- Strong skills in translating requirements into actionable Jira tasks and managing execution
