As a full-time remote Sr. Technical Program Manager, the successful candidate will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with engineering teams and business partners to ensure effective communication and alignment on strategic goals.

Required qualifications
- 6+ years of technical program/project management experience
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to learn complex systems and integrations
- Expertise in agile project management methodologies
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and analytics
- Prior startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus
