Required qualifications
- 8+ years in program or project management within engineering or technology organizations
- 3+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience in building coordination systems with lasting impact
- Technical understanding of dependencies, architecture tradeoffs, and the software development lifecycle
- Expertise in Jira and experience with AI tools for automation and reporting
