Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing large-scale AI programs, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager (GenAI) will oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade Generative AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project success from inception to production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex AI programs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and autonomous analytical agents
• Facilitate collaboration among Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers while maintaining effective communication with client stakeholders
• Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure successful project outcomes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise software systems
• Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, or deploying Generative AI technologies, particularly RAG Systems and Agentic AI Frameworks
• Ability to translate complex technical information into business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across teams and leadership levels
• Experience managing large-scale programs involving globally distributed teams is preferred
