Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading large-scale infrastructure data center programs, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will drive the end-to-end delivery of complex construction and commissioning efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Meta's global data center capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the program strategy, roadmap, and delivery milestones for large-scale data center infrastructure programs
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, real estate, construction management, and operations teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Identify, assess, and actively mitigate risks throughout the full data center program lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technical program management focused on large-scale data center or critical infrastructure programs
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of data center construction or major infrastructure fit-out programs
• Experience driving cross-functional program execution in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
• Experience developing and presenting program strategy and risk assessments to executive-level stakeholders
• Experience establishing program governance frameworks and critical path scheduling for multi-site infrastructure programs
