Job Summary
Leading a team to deliver impactful software solutions, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager will supervise and mentor Technical Program Managers and Scrum Masters, facilitate project planning and coordination, and manage resource allocation to ensure successful delivery aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support Technical Program Managers & Scrum Masters while ensuring adherence to best practices
- Manage Azure DevOps boards, analyze performance metrics, and advocate for automation to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and timelines, addressing risks and adjusting plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role or equivalent
- Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and project management principles
