Job Summary
To support the development of next-generation AR wearable devices, the full-time Technical Program Manager will manage end-to-end PCB fabrication, collaborate with electrical engineers, and engage with APAC contract manufacturers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Direct ownership of design releases for flexible and multi-layer boards from early design through production
- Manage SMT and FATP builds, optimizing for schedule, quality, and yield
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop flexible circuits and ensure supplier readiness with APAC vendors
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design, PCB development, or related hardware engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with AR wearable device development
- Proficiency in managing contract manufacturers and vendor relationships in the APAC region
- Experience in developing PCBAs and flexible circuits
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
