Key responsibilities
- Lead aligned program teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of customer implementations
- Develop and communicate project plans, status updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of technical product/program management experience, particularly in SaaS delivery
- Experience in gathering user requirements and defining project scope
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on B2B SaaS implementations
- Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams and establish effective work relationships
