Job Summary
Owning the full arc of large, multi-workstream programs, the remote Technical Program Manager will manage the delivery of enterprise-level AI, digital, and cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, breaking them into manageable workstreams and maintaining alignment across Agile teams
- Facilitate engineering discussions and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications while guiding technical direction
- Serve as a senior program partner to client executives, managing stakeholder communication and addressing conflicts or misalignments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading multiple Agile teams and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
- Proven track record managing large-scale ($10M+) AI, digital, or cloud transformation programs
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage on architecture and cloud-native design
- Experience with AI/ML initiatives, including managing model risk and evaluation strategies
- Demonstrable daily use of AI tools to enhance planning and reporting
