Technical Program Manager - Child Safety

Job Summary

Experienced Technical Program Managers will find a full-time opportunity focused on driving child safety technology initiatives, managing cross-functional collaborations, and ensuring legal compliance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scope problems with a cross-organization view to drive alignment and cohesion within child safety programs
• Define technical program strategy and manage the end-to-end execution of child safety technical programs
• Proactively identify risks and issues across child safety systems and collaborate with various teams to mitigate them

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
• 8+ years of technical program management or product management experience
• Experience leading complex cross-functional teams focused on user safety or high-risk harm programs
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and drive critical thinking in broad problem spaces
• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones
