Technical Program Manager, Construction

Job Summary

To lead complex construction projects in a remote capacity, the full-time Technical Program Manager, Construction will manage large construction sites, ensure quality and safety standards, and establish vendor relationships while overseeing project delivery and design integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction sites and delivery organizations, overseeing scopes related to construction and capital improvement projects
• Ensure development of detailed designs and manage construction phases, including delivery, cost, quality, and commissioning
• Establish and maintain relationships with multiple vendors and create growth plans for project management talent acquisition

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
• 5 years of experience in project and construction management
• Experience with commercial contract management and procurement
• Experience managing construction projects in an international environment
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
