Technical Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Technical Project Coordinator will support the Security Delivery Management team by managing security vulnerability remediation efforts, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI tools to resolve task-ownership disputes and automate administrative workflows while ensuring accurate task routing
• Monitor and track tasks from internal security tools and input from security engineers, maintaining engagement with task owners for timely updates
• Prepare and present weekly executive status reports, highlighting deadlines and escalating at-risk deliverables proactively

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of experience coordinating projects, preferably in cybersecurity, software engineering, or IT infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and read basic engineering notes to contextualize security issues
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of driving accountability across engineering teams
• Ability to balance detailed task management with strategic risk identification and process optimization
