Technical Project Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

To oversee the successful delivery of Digital Technology and Data workstreams, the full-time salaried Technical Project Delivery Specialist will manage project quality, track performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supports project delivery by ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements through participation in quality reviews and validation checkpoints
• Tracks project dependencies and risks, assisting with mitigation activities and maintaining risk logs to ensure delivery continuity
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to clarify responsibilities and objectives, sharing project status and risks with stakeholders for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field with 2+ years of project or service delivery management experience, or equivalent experience
• Information Technology experience with Infrastructure, Software Engineering, and/or Identity Access Management
• Experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• In-depth understanding of enterprise SDLC (design, build, test, deploy) and IT financial management
