Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the planning and execution of projects, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will ensure alignment with organizational goals, manage resources, and drive continuous process improvement while serving as the central communication point between stakeholders and project teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Define project scope, deliverables, tasks, and timelines, developing comprehensive project plans in MS Project and Excel
• Monitor project progress, adjust timelines and resources as necessary, and manage project closure activities including documentation and postmortems
• Serve as the central point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating meetings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, project management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing technical client-facing projects within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Experience delivering technology solutions, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Microsoft Project
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, project scope, resources, and communications effectively
