Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a wide range of technical transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will lead project planning, implementation, and delivery while ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop project plans that align with client needs, tracking milestones, deliverables, and budgets
• Coordinate project tasks and communicate between departments to ensure successful solutions are implemented
• Compile project status reports and provide updates to clients and management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a project management office or as a project manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project or Visio required
• Experience managing complex initiatives, including data center and infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead technical personnel throughout project stages
