Job Summary
To lead large-scale multilingual data collection and evaluation initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage Applied AI projects, translate technical requirements into data workflows, and analyze performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Applied AI data collection and evaluation projects from scoping through delivery and retrospective review
- Translate technical AI requirements into structured data specifications and evaluation plans
- Analyze throughput velocity, quality, and unit economics using SQL and business intelligence tools
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of technical project management experience in AI/ML or data operations
- Strong understanding of LLM training and evaluation concepts, including SFT and RLHF
- Proficiency in SQL for analyzing delivery velocity and data quality metrics
- Experience partnering with engineers to manage technical requirements and issue resolution
- Proven ability to track and optimize project unit economics and delivery velocity
