Job Summary

Leading a large-scale CRM transformation initiative, the remote Technical Project Manager will manage end-to-end project execution, oversee platform migrations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the project plan, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risks across multiple regions
• Lead CRM and email platform migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide regular project updates to stakeholders while resolving blockers

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technology transformation, CRM migration, or platform implementation projects
• Strong technical project management background with the ability to manage complex technical dependencies
• Experience managing multi-region, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing technologies
• Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com or Jira
