Job Summary
Leading end-to-end technical projects remotely, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage Oracle Cloud/Fusion integrations, drive Agile methodologies, and oversee project execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing execution across technical teams and vendors
- Drive Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and delivery metrics tracking
- Monitor project financials and resource allocation, ensuring projects meet quality standards and business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management with a focus on technical projects
- Strong experience in managing Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, and enterprise integration projects
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and metrics such as velocity and cycle time
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of APIs, cloud integration, and middleware technologies
