Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of healthcare technology products, the full-time contracted Technical Project Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, manage Agile processes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for system issues and manage the product backlog to ensure readiness for development
- Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborate with development teams, and communicate the value of new features to stakeholders
- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and manage the manual testing team to align testing with product delivery schedules
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights in the healthcare or health technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
- Extensive experience in gathering and documenting detailed requirements for product development
- Deep experience working in Agile environments and guiding teams through the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures
