Job Summary

Leading a core banking modernization initiative, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage day-to-day project activities, navigate ambiguity, and build relationships across client organizations to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the core banking modernization initiative, including planning, tracking, and reporting
• Build relationships across the client's organization to understand decision-making processes and escalate progress, risks, and blockers to senior leadership
• Coordinate between technical and business teams to ensure the modernization work progresses toward its goals

Required qualifications

• Strong project management experience with demonstrated organizational skills
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures within the financial industry
• Experience in domestic banking and comfort reporting to senior and executive audiences
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent specialized training and work experience in technology
• Ability to work through ambiguity and drive projects forward without a fully defined playbook
