Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the technical execution of the FSA Identity and Access Management (IAM) modernization project, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will oversee the transition from legacy systems to a new cloud-based solution, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all technical work.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate deliverables and reporting requirements while supporting the consolidation of legacy systems into a modern solution
- Manage Agile project activities, including defining user stories, sprint scope, and ensuring adherence to the FSA Definition of Done
- Provide ongoing technical and project management support during the transition and lead operational planning and change management efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical IT projects
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Experience with modernization and system consolidation efforts
- Knowledge of IAM concepts and federal IT environments is highly desirable
