Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams in a full-time remote capacity, the Technical Project Manager will oversee the delivery of complex software, data, and AI solutions across multiple client accounts while ensuring high-quality project outcomes and exceptional client satisfaction, particularly in payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and enterprise solutions across multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Partner with client stakeholders and engineering leads to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting across concurrent client streams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of managing multiple client engagements and technical projects simultaneously
• Solid technical background in software engineering, cloud architectures, and AI/ML solutions
• Experience in payment solutions, payment gateways, or fintech integrations
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
