Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional operational and business application initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Project Manager will manage projects focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ERP systems, and integration efforts to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for business application and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies while coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, business applications, or systems implementation environments
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics-related projects and familiarity with business application configuration and integration
• Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, and risk management
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms
