Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager contractor to work remotely, focusing on defect identification, triage, and resolution support for Fiber and Wireless launch readiness and post-production customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and manage defects during FFA testing and post-production customer experiences
- Lead defect triage and resolution coordination across business, development, QA, and operations teams
- Provide hands-on support during war rooms and critical issue investigations affecting live customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in defect management and technical project/program management within technology or telecommunications
- Demonstrated ability to lead defect triage and drive issues through resolution across multiple teams
- Experience managing defects in both pre-production and post-production environments
- Familiarity with defect tracking and work-management platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and risks across a large defect portfolio
