Job Summary

To lead software implementation initiatives, the remote Technical Project Manager will manage projects from planning through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring alignment among internal teams and clients while navigating complex delivery challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage software implementation projects, including planning, deployment, and lifecycle activities
• Build actionable delivery plans that outline project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to monitor project progress and address any delivery obstacles

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of technical project management experience, particularly in software implementations
• Strong client advisory skills with the ability to navigate changing requirements
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
• Ability to work remotely during Gulf Standard Time hours (UTC+4)
• Proactive and organized working style with strong interpersonal skills
