Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage complex projects by aligning teams, turning business goals into technical requirements, and overseeing launches in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Transform business objectives into clear technical requirements, milestones, and ownership assignments
- Facilitate delivery processes, including work breakdowns, risk assessments, and capacity planning
- Lead end-to-end project launches, ensuring smooth production cutovers and effective rollback plans
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience managing technical projects or programs in software or systems engineering
- Hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or DevOps, with knowledge of APIs and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in leading engineering teams using Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated success in shipping releases and managing production deployments across multiple teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; PMP or CSM certification is a plus
