Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the delivery of Project Argos, the part-time Technical Project Manager will coordinate project scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder communications while managing an Agile sprint cadence remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, maintaining visibility of day-to-day project status
• Run the Agile delivery cadence, including two-week sprint planning and backlog refinement, while refining longer-range targets with the Contracting Officer's Representative
• Maintain the RAID log and dependency tracking, preparing written agendas and meeting minutes for project meetings with the Government team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in software or IT delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• 2+ years managing day-to-day delivery on a government contract, including deliverable tracking and status reporting
• Hands-on experience with Jira administration and configuration for sprint boards and reporting
• Strong writing skills for a federal technical audience, including agendas and status narratives
• Authorized to work in the United States
