Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of client-facing projects, the full-time Associate Technical Project Manager will ensure alignment with client objectives and internal standards while serving as the primary liaison for client relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project management from initiation to delivery, translating client requirements into actionable solutions
• Act as a trusted liaison for client engagements, managing expectations and coordinating cross-functional support
• Provide supervision and coaching for assigned Project Managers and team members, conducting performance evaluations and addressing concerns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in legal administration or related fields preferred
• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and client relationships concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
• Experience in mentoring or managing team members
