Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Working in a full-time capacity, the Technical Project Manager will administer and optimize Jira and related Atlassian tools, support operational processes, and drive efficiency improvements through automation and reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and address system and process issues to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of Jira for managing work and tracking progress
- Develop meaningful reports and dashboards to support organizational decision-making and process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 2-3+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience in a large or complex enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience with Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, and automation capabilities
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript and experience with Confluence and other Atlassian tools
- Understanding of software development, QA, Agile, DevOps, and engineering delivery processes
