Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the day-to-day operations of the CORE product team, the part-time Technical Project Manager will manage client request intake, maintain an organized backlog, and ensure clear communication of work outcomes in a remote contract role based in India.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client request intake process, triaging and routing requests to the appropriate product or engineering owner
• Keep the backlog organized and current, ensuring tickets are accurately tagged and prioritized
• Communicate work outcomes clearly by writing and publishing release notes and status updates for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or a similar role, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated experience running a structured intake and triage process for high volumes of requests
• Strong organizational skills with experience in backlog management using tools like Jira
• Excellent written communication skills for translating product changes into clear updates
• Comfort conducting lightweight requirements gathering to create actionable tickets from ambiguous requests
