Job Summary
To manage external customer-facing projects, the contract Technical Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project/program management, ensuring successful implementation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project management for large or multiple projects, ensuring completion within timeline and budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, coordinating project activities and resources
- Conduct project meetings, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards while providing technical guidance to the project team
Required qualifications:
- Intermediate level technical professional with knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management
- PMP certification highly desired
- Experience in managing customer-facing projects/programs
- Ability to develop detailed work plans, schedules, and project estimates
- Strong understanding of project tracking and analysis methodologies
