Job Summary
Leading digital experience teams, the full-time Technical Project Manager will manage projects through full-cycle UX/UI, CRO, and web initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and creatives to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality
- Own project workflows in Monday.com and Jira, from setup to sign-off, and document key decisions for alignment
- Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot and maintain project momentum
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in digital marketing, web development, and web technologies
- Hands-on experience with Webflow, Contentful (or another CMS), and JavaScript
- Prior experience in project development or management roles with full-cycle project management capabilities
- Experience managing creatives, engineers, and QA in an agile/scrum environment
- Working knowledge of SEO and analytics best practices
