Technical Project Specialist
Job Summary
To support Kentucky's Rural Health Transformation, the full-time Technical Project Specialist III will coordinate and manage technical activities for grant-funded projects, ensuring alignment with program timelines and collaborating across teams, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional in-person meetings in Frankfort and other areas in Kentucky.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the measure development process and manage data sharing agreements
- Ensure project activities meet timelines and align with program goals
- Provide updates to program leads and facilitate planning and policy recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Experience with public health research, surveillance, or informatics preferred
- Strong project management skills and ability to synthesize complex concepts
- Project Management Certification preferred
