Technical Project Specialist

Job Summary

To support Kentucky's Rural Health Transformation, the full-time Technical Project Specialist III will coordinate and manage technical activities for grant-funded projects, ensuring alignment with program timelines and collaborating across teams, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional in-person meetings in Frankfort and other areas in Kentucky.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the measure development process and manage data sharing agreements
• Ensure project activities meet timelines and align with program goals
• Provide updates to program leads and facilitate planning and policy recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Experience with public health research, surveillance, or informatics preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to synthesize complex concepts
• Project Management Certification preferred
