Job Summary
To support a focused growth team, the full-time Technical Proposal Writer will lead the content planning and production of proposals for federal opportunities, collaborating with various stakeholders to create persuasive and compliant responses while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the writing and content planning for proposals submitted to federal agencies, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to synthesize technical information into compelling proposals
- Support or manage proposal activities under the guidance of the Director of Capture, driving deliverables across multi-phase responses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in content planning and technical writing for government RFPs/RFQs
- Familiarity with federal government contracting regulations and compliance
- Experience with multiple response formats, including proposals and technical presentations
- Must be a US Citizen and able to attain low-level security clearance
