Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical QA Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy on program, outreach, and reporting configurations in the testing environment
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely production releases without known issues
- Document processes and provide daily updates on release tasks to the Release manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in code/software releases or quality control
- Experience with Jscript, XML, and database technologies
- Atlassian JIRA and Confluence experience required
- Salesforce experience required
