Facets QA Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facets/QA Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams
- Participate in Systems/Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology and operations
- Good understanding of the Facets Data Model
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with Core Facets batch jobs and EDI transactions (834 and 837)
- Experience in Member Enrollment, Claims Processing, and Billing
