Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Quality Assurance Sr Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control tests and analyses to ensure software meets specified standards and user requirements
- Develop test plans and scripts, maintain regression test suite, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with offshore teams, raise risks to management, and develop quality assurance policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4-7 years of QA experience, or 7-10 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated experience in quality control testing and analysis
- Proficiency in manual QA/testing, drafting test plans, creating test data files, and collaborating with users for testing
- Proven ability to ensure successful system tests, resolve issues, and develop quality assurance policies
