Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support full lifecycle recruiting efforts, the temporary 3-month Technical Recruiter will manage recruiting processes across various departments, partnering with hiring managers to fulfill open positions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in full lifecycle recruiting for technology/software companies
- Prior experience as a senior or lead recruiter in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work independently
