Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Technical Recruiter, the candidate will manage the sourcing and screening of candidates for technical roles, write job descriptions, and enhance the employer brand while focusing on reducing time-to-hire and building a robust tech talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions for various IT roles
• Source candidates from niche platforms and perform pre-screening calls to assess qualifications
• Conduct interviews using various methods and collaborate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs

Required qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with a focus on the low-code/no-code market
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including structured interviews and technical assessments
• Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting
• BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant degree
