Job Summary
Supporting mission-critical Operations talent needs, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will drive strategic sourcing, manage high-volume pipelines, and contribute to national defense initiatives in Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sustainment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain active, diverse talent pools for Operations positions
- Execute ongoing sourcing activities to meet hiring demand and ensure pipeline readiness
- Screen resumes and interview notes to identify and shortlist qualified candidates
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of DOD recruiting expertise
- 3-5 years' experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated success in a fully remote recruiting position
- Strong familiarity with aerospace or Operations recruiting
