Job Summary
Proactively sourcing exceptional technical talent, the full-time Technical Recruiter will engage passive candidates using innovative methods and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, all while working remotely during 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.
Key responsibilities
- Hunt for high-quality technical talent through various sourcing techniques and platforms
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Develop talent maps and maintain a strong candidate experience while tracking recruiting metrics
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically for technical roles
- Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates
- Experience recruiting engineers, architects, or technology professionals
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Conversational English skills for effective communication with candidates and executives globally
