Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for engineering and product positions
- Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies to proactively attract candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear job specifications and maintain high hiring standards
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Strong outbound sourcing skills with the ability to build talent pipelines independently
- Direct communication style with the ability to challenge hiring managers on specifications
- Experience recruiting for both technical and product roles is a plus
- Ability to evaluate technical fit and think strategically about hiring needs
