Job Summary
Leading recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter III will source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles while mentoring junior team members and promoting the employer brand within the community.
Key responsibilities:
- Edit and post technical job descriptions, overseeing junior team members' work
- Source candidates on niche platforms and conduct pre-screening calls to assess qualifications
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs and organize networking events
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats and the ability to train others
- Technical expertise in understanding job requirements for IT roles
- Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing techniques
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
