Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support Evolent's AI and digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for specialized technical roles, including AI Engineers and Data Scientists, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the requisition kick-off process and collaborating with hiring managers to establish the Interview Game Plan
- Transforming job descriptions into targeted advertisements and managing job postings across various platforms
- Facilitating the interview process and coordinating offer extensions, negotiations, and candidate closing
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of recruiting experience or 5+ years of recruiting experience without a degree, including 2 years in Technical Recruiting
- Experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS, preferably Workday
- Knowledge of modern recruitment practices and technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management skills leading to positive recruitment outcomes
- Ability to comply with employment laws and regulations in recruitment activities
